DISTRIBUTION OF NEW SEDAN VEHICLES
For Non-Circular Appointed Employees
(Start on middle of December 2007)
Please be advised that the new cars will be distributed to the Non-CAE vehicle users at the following locations
a. Grade 17, 18 and 19 Non-CAEs
Transport Vehicle Inspection office located near Central Workshop/Mobile Plant Workshop.
b. Grade 16 Personnel
Mass Transportation Office located near Drilling Workshop.
c. Grade 15 and below Personnel/Pool Vehicles
Transport Vehicle Inspection office located near Central Workshop/Mobile Plant Workshop.
For proper and smooth distribution of vehicles, kindly note of the following
All users will be informed through email on their scheduled date and time of collection of vehicles
Any vehicle damage must be accompanied with appropriate Police Report/Permission to Repair the Vehicle
Cost of missing items (such as tire wrench, lighter, etc.) in the old vehicle will be charged to the personal account of the responsible user
All users are required to provide copies of Civil ID and Driving License.
Vehicle Allocation Card must be signed by the user as proof of receipt of new vehicle for proper documentation
