Check-in/Check-out Time
Please note that our check-in time is 14.00 & check-out time is at 12:00 Noon. Early check-in from 9:00AM onwards can be provided, however, subject to availability. Check-in time earlier than 9:00AM should be booked from the previous day.
Check-out until 6:00PM shall be subject to 50% of the total room rate.
Check-out after 6:00PM shall be subject to a one night room rate.

q These confidential special rates apply only for individual bookings and are subject to availability
q Unless credit has been established with the hotel, all room charges are to be settled directly by the guest credit card or through cash settlement from the company prior to guest departure. In the event of credit being established and approved, full payment should be made within 30 days of receipt of hotel’s invoice
q All bookings will be subject to 14:00 Hrs release on the day of arrival, unless the hotel receives a guarantee for the booking in the form of a Credit Card or LPO
q Cancellations for individual reservations will be accepted at no charge before 14:00 Hrs at the day of arrival. The company will be charged one night accommodation for any non-arrivals or cancellations after this time.
q All Guaranteed bookings will be held over night on the day of arrival.
